This jar is filled with wood chips from used Scottish whisky barrels. They release their smoky whisky flavours and golden colour when you add them to a clear liquor like jenever or vodka.
The jar contains enough chips to age 350 mL of liquor. It’s just like ageing your liquor in a wooden barrel.
1. Put the chips in an empty bottle
2. Add liquor, other than whisky
3. Store for a couple of months
4. Filter before drinking
5. Enjoy and experiment!
